Branch Update

In an effort to protect our members, employees, and community, Western Rockies is temporarily closing our lobbies at all three Western Rockies FCU Branches.  

 

  • Loan, Member inquires, and Safe Deposit Box access will be addressed over the phone and in-person appointments may be scheduled as needed.

  • While we encourage the use of our Electronic Services, the Drive-up and ATM will remain open for transactions.

  • Drive Up hours will be temporarily extended at our Grand Junction Branch.

 

Grand Junction Branch:         

7:30 am – 6:00 pm Monday through Friday

9:00 am – 12:00 pm Saturdays

 

Fruita and Rifle Branches:       

9:00 am – 5:30 pm Monday through Thursday

9:00 am – 6:00 pm Friday

9:00 am – 12:00 pm Saturdays 

 

  • We will work diligently to answer phone calls, service member accounts, and provide electronic services to each of you.

 

We are closely monitoring the spread of the virus and making every effort to comply with the guidance provided by local, state and federal government agencies. Please watch our website and social media accounts for updated information and announcements.

Remote banking services will help you manage your finances during any interruption in regular in-person services. Please click on the Resources Menu to view all the services available to you.

If you don’t already have a Western Rockies Debit Card, please contact the credit union at (970) 243-2434 to order one.

We also understand that there may be instances where members find themselves facing financial difficulties.  We encourage members who are impacted to reach out to us to discuss ways we may be able to help.
