Western Rockies FCU is officially Canvas Credit Union. So...what does that mean? While your new cards won't begin working until Monday, May 16, there are steps you can start taking now!
For existing members, you can now access your accounts through Canvas' Online & Mobile Banking services. Click here to get started on registering your account and start checking your balances in minutes.

Credit cards:
If you have a credit card through the Elan and Western Rockies Federal Credit Union partnership, you will receive a new card at expiration. The new card will be exclusively between Elan Financial Services and you. So, the new card will not be branded with Western Rockies Federal Credit Union or Canvas Credit Union branding.
If you keep your existing Elan card, please remember to make all payments through Elan directly. You can make payments on Elan’s website or over the phone through Elan Financial Services’ Client Services at 1.800.523.5354.

- Internal automatic transfer: If you already have an automatic transfer, it will continue.
- External automatic transfer: If you already have an external automatic transfer, it will continue to work as it always has.

- Online: Hop onto our website from a Canvas account at www.canvas.org or make a payment from an external account by visiting: https://www.canvas.org/make-a-payment
- In-person: Visit any Canvas Credit Union branch location or a branch in the shared branching network.
Mortgage Loans:
- In-person: Visit any Canvas branch location.

- Automatic payments: Set up automatic payments from your Canvas account or another financial institution by contacting the Canvas Mortgage Servicing team at 303-639-2325.
- Escrow: If you would like an escrow account, Canvas can accommodate that. Please contact the Canvas Mortgage Servicing team at 303-639-2325.
